Delivery, revisions and approval

How drafts are submitted, reviewed with timestamped comments, revised and approved.

Updated November 4, 2026

Every order has a delivery panel that both sides see. Drafts are kept as numbered versions, so nothing is lost between rounds.

For creators: submitting a draft

  1. Open the order and go to Deliverables.
  2. Upload a video, or attach files from the studio project linked to this order (up to 10 files: clips, generated images or video, a rough cut). Only videos can be uploaded directly; images come from the studio.
  3. Add the caption (up to 2,200 characters), hashtags and any notes for the brand.
  4. Submit.

If the brand has not reviewed it yet, you can still submit a newer version. The previous one is marked as superseded.

For brands: reviewing

Play the draft and leave comments at exact moments: pause, choose Add comment at current time, and type. Comments show as markers on the timeline; clicking one jumps to that second. Add general feedback below.

Then either:

  • Request changes. At least one comment or general note is required. This uses one revision round.
  • Approve, with an optional message.

The number of revision rounds is set in the brief (two by default). The panel shows how many are left. When they are used up, you can only approve, or open a dispute if the work does not match the brief.

Timers

  • Automatic approval. If a submitted draft is not reviewed within 5 days, it is approved automatically. The panel shows the date.
  • Overdue drafts. If no draft arrives within 3 days after the delivery deadline, the order is flagged as overdue. The brand can then cancel it and the escrowed fee is refunded in full.

Shipping samples

For collaborations with a physical product, the brand marks the sample as shipped with the carrier and tracking number. The creator sees it on the order timeline.

After approval

The creator posts the video on TikTok and submits the link. Continue with Posting verification and metrics.
