How a brief finds its creators.

Matching combines semantic similarity with explicit rules and real delivery history, and it always shows its reasons.

  1. 01

    Represent

The brief (product, category, selling points, markets, languages, deliverables) and each creator (bio, niches, recent content, audience region, languages) are converted into vector embeddings that capture meaning rather than keywords.

  2. 02

    Retrieve

For a brief, the nearest creator vectors are retrieved, so a brief for a travel kettle surfaces creators who make travel, kitchen and gadget content, even when they never used the word “kettle”.

  3. 03

    Filter

Hard rules from the brief remove creators who cannot take the job: verified account required, follower range, target countries and required niches. Ineligible creators see the exact reason in the pool.

  4. 04

    Score and explain

The final ranking blends semantic similarity with rule factors: niche overlap, market, language, follower fit, engagement rate and track record (completed orders, on-time rate and ratings). Each factor's points are shown with the suggestion.

  5. 05

    Review before you hire

On request, an AI review reads the brief and the creator's public profile and returns a short summary of strengths and risks. It costs credits, shows the estimate first, and never makes the decision for you.

Points out of 100. Creators without completed orders get a neutral track-record score, so new creators are not buried. The final match score blends content similarity (45%), the other rule factors above (45%) and track record (10%); when content similarity is not available, the rule score is used on its own.

What matching does not do

  • It does not hire anyone automatically. The brand chooses.
  • It does not read private data. It uses public profile data and content the creator connects.
  • It does not promise reach. Results are tracked after posting so the next match learns from real numbers.
