Cancel before a draft
Before any draft is submitted, either side can cancel with a reason, and the escrowed amount is refunded to the brand in full.
Brands fund an order when they hire. Creators are paid when the post is verified. Disputes go to a person.
Held in escrow
$180.00
The brand adds USD to its wallet. During the pilot, deposits are made by bank transfer with a reference code and confirmed by our operations team.
Hiring a creator moves the fee (plus any brand service fee) from the wallet into escrow for that order. If the balance is short, hiring is blocked and the shortfall is shown.
When the post is verified, the fee is released: the platform commission is deducted and the rest goes to the creator's pending balance.
After 7 days the payout becomes available, and the creator can withdraw to PayPal, Wise or a bank account.
Fee terms are fixed on each order when the creator is hired. Later changes do not affect existing orders.

Before any draft is submitted, either side can cancel with a reason, and the escrowed amount is refunded to the brand in full.
If the draft is late past the grace period, the brand can cancel the order and receive a full refund.
After a draft exists, one side can propose a cancellation with an amount for the creator. If the other side accepts, escrow is split accordingly.
Either side can open a dispute with details and evidence. Escrow is frozen, and an operator reviews the order timeline, drafts and messages, then releases, refunds or splits.
