Creator agreement
Updated November 4, 2026
Draft. This agreement supplements the Kocolink Terms of service. Bracketed items are placeholders.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and verify your email to accept paid collaborations.
- Accounts you apply with must be yours and verified. One TikTok account can be verified by one creator only.
2. Applying and accepting
- When you apply with a quote, or accept an invitation, you agree to deliver the brief as published if you are hired.
- The fee, deliverables, deadlines, revision rounds, usage rights and disclosure requirements shown on the order at hiring are the terms of that collaboration.
3. Delivery
- Submit drafts by the delivery deadline. Late drafts may let the brand cancel with a full refund.
- Respond to review comments within the agreed revision rounds.
- Post only the approved version, from the account on the order, after approval.
4. Disclosure and conduct
- Label paid and gifted content clearly as required in your market (for example
#adand TikTok’s paid-partnership label). - Do not make medical, financial or guaranteed-result claims the brand has not substantiated, and respect the brief’s don’ts.
- Keep communication and payment for the collaboration on the platform.
5. Payment
- Fees for paid collaborations are held in escrow when you are hired and released after your post is verified, minus the platform commission (currently 12%).
- Released funds are pending for a hold period (currently 7 days) before they can be withdrawn.
- You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. [Tax information collection to be defined per market.]
6. Usage rights
You grant the brand the usage rights stated on the brief for the stated period, starting when the collaboration is paid. You confirm you have the rights to any music, people and materials in your content, or that you used only what TikTok licenses for that use.
7. Ratings and track record
Brands can rate you after verification. Ratings, completed orders and on-time rate are shown on your profile and used in matching.
8. Disputes
Disputes are decided by our operations team based on the order record. [Appeal process to be defined.]
9. Termination
We may suspend creators who breach this agreement, including fake engagement, undisclosed advertising or off-platform payments.
